Standard Shipping:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £75

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain international destinations may have restrictions; please check with our customer service team if you have any questions.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
